Spinning cycle

Keeping in mind that the soap & bleach gets dispensed into your wash on the second to last rinse cycle and that most all rinse cycles are in cold water. Is your cold water valve screen plugged causing your washer to rinse poorly? Are you using the HE detergent? If not maybe the washer is sudsing up to much and having a hard time rinsing all the suds and bleach out and leaving the clothes soapy.

Fill the washer up with no clothes in it on a cold/cold wash setting does it take a long time to fill the washer up? Also when it is full and agitating is there suds in the washer?

Last suggestion is if the drain is hose is a lot higher than the top of the washer it might have a hard time draining out all of the soap water before the next load

My Beko WMP601W wont drain, clothes come out soaking wet, also the draw keeps oozing with suds, all over the floor???

You need to check the drain pump is free of any obstructions, can you hear the drain pump operating?
The machine will need several short wash cycles to flush out the excess soap which is causing the suds.

The waste doesn't drain all the way.clothes remain soaking wet and often during a separate drain cycle it flashes: sud

if you are using to much detergent the washer won't drain correctly and if it's a front loader you'll damage the spider gear and then it's time for a new washer.the detergent eats at the metal and the gear on the back of the tub falls apart,i've found pieces of it in the pump on some washers, you should be using 1/4 of a cup of detergent in a front load washer,if you're using a whole cap it will suds up,the pump can't move the suds, when the suds sit for a while it turns back into water, take out the clothes, fill up the washer and drain it out, flush it out a few times to get all the suds out and cut back on the detergent

My clothe come out very wet at the end of the wash cycle

If the pump is clogged and can't release all the water it won't go into final high spin. Remove lower cover and locate coin catch and unscrew it. Water will come out, so be ready. If it's full of stuff, this is probably the problem.

Is the Delicate or Hand Washables cycle selected?
Spin speeds can vary by the cycle that is selected. Your washer is designed so that in certain cycles, such asDelicate or Hand Washables cycles, the spin speeds are slower. In these cycles, more water is retained in the load at the end of the cycle to keep delicate fabrics from shrinking and wrinkling. Select the appropriate cycle based on the fabric being washed.
Was an Extra Low, Low or No Spin option selected?
Select the highest spin speed for the fabric being washed. If extra low spin or no spin was selected, the washer may not remove enough water from the load.
Were you washing one bulky item, such as a rug or large blanket?
Consider adding more items to help balance the load during spin. Select $FL-drainspin cycle and restart the washer. Your washer is designed to detect an unbalanced load and automatically lower the spin speed. Unbalanced conditions are more likely to occur with a single, bulky item.
Are excessive suds present?
Use only HE High Efficiency detergent. Using non-HE detergent or more than the manufacturer's recommended amount of detergent can cause excessive suds. The excess suds can cause the washer to run at a reduced spin speed, which will result in very wet loads.

Is the drain hose kinked or is the drain clogged?
Make sure the drain hose is not kinked. Straighten the hose for adequate water flow. Remove any blockage from the drainpipe or utility sink. Use the U-shaped drain hose form on the drain hose, and secure the drain hose. See the Installation Instructions for details; find them by entering your model number in the Manual and Literature search below.
Is the end of the drain hose more than 96" (244 cm) above the floor?
The drainpipe (standpipe) height requirements are: 96" (244 cm) maximum and 30" (76.2 cm) minimum. Your washer will not be able to adequately pump the water out of the washer if the drainpipe (standpipe) exceeds 96" (244 cm). In this case, the water may flow back into the washer. See the Installation Instructions for details; find them by entering your model number in the Manual and Literature search below.
Is your outlet voltage low?
Check electrical source or call an electrician.

GE Front Loading Washing Machine seems to be holding water....

The high speed spin of a front load washer should normally do a good job of getting squeezing out the water but if there is an oversudsing condition that makes it hard for the drain pump to operate then the suds and water will just stay there. First make sure there is no actual clog in the drain line then run a load with no soap or detergent and see what happens. It's always better to use a low suds detergent with this type of machine
