Remote not workin
what's happened here is the cm61 ng and the reciver box have lost there connection you will have to "rebind" them then it will be fine -
THE BINDING OPERATION DESCRIBED BELOW IS REQUIRED IF:
· Any of the system components (room unit or relay box) are replaced
· HC60NG has incorrect or no binding data stored (e.g. when pre-bound system pack components have been mismatched)
· Interference with the RF signal has caused a communication failure
During the binding procedure keep approximately 1m distance between the room unit and the HC60NG
1 Turn off mains supply to HC60NG for 10 seconds. Re-connect supply.
2 Press and hold the HC60NG push button for 15 seconds to reset previously stored data. The red LED will start to flash at 0.1 s on/0.9 s off. Release the push button.
3 Press and hold the HC60NG push button for 5 seconds to enter the binding mode. Red LED flashing at 0.5 s on/0.5 off confirms the binding mode has been entered.
4 Move the CM67NG slider to the OFF position (CM61 push the OFF button) and press the TEMP , TEMP and PROG 1 buttons together. The CM61/67NG will display InSt.
5 Press the i button to send the binding signal. The red LED is switched off on the receiver box to confirm the successful binding operation. If the red light still flashes push the repeat steps 1-3 and press the the i button until binding is successful.
hope this is helpful

Are you completely sure you have the Reversing Valve wire in the right place? Some reversing valves are powered for heat, some for cool. Make sure you know which yours is, or perhaps change that setting (see the manual) on the thermostat to try it.
ALSO, sounds like the FAN wire may not be in the right place either. Did you carefully note the wire colors on the old stat before you started, or perhaps take a photo?

Heat won't shut off
Take the wire off of the W terminal on the thermostat and see if heat shuts off .If yes maybe bad thermostat, also check to see if W and R is jumped because it should not.

I need my t8001c Honeywell to turn the heat on and
You are setting the temperature on temporary hold. It stays there until it reaches the time of the next programmed sequence which is away or leave and it jumps back on the program. If you want it to stay all the time where you set it you can push the setting up to the desired temp and push hold. It will stay there permanently until you push run which will put it back on the program if you want. Or just push set and program the whole sequence the way you want then press run.

Honeywell smart thermostat. model th9320wf5003ww
Assuming the only change to your heating system is the t-stat and it was installed by you, there are a couple things you may want to check: Double check the wiring to be sure all wires are secure and that they are in the correct terminal. Always go by what the wire controls. I never assume the colors are correct.
Verify that the programmed settings are correct, especially the type of heating/cooling system and the stages.

My heater will not turn
it could be the thermostat not responding to the unit . the thermister or the sensor cable short circuit.
