Make sure BOTH fuses on each heater circuit test ok -- they are no doubt 220V -- hence 2 fuses

get what i call an idiot stick (it makes us not turn into idiots by us not getting shocked) fluke is the one I use this will detect even the faintest electrical field on electrical wires use this to detect the power in the wires.

Turn the circuit breaker (in your home's circuit breaker panel) that feeds that heater OFF. After the heater cools, remove the cover and check to see if the Thermostat wires have come loose. It may also be an electrical relay problem or the wall thermostat has gone bad.

You will have to replace the switch. That is the only solution at this point. You have killed the contact points inside the switch.

Please read manual base board heaters don't normally have fans they work using convection

check connections to igniter could be loose or it is out of postion , or may be needs replacing again

Hello.Prob#1 valve has a bad END SWITCH,change the power head,thad brings the circ on when open.Prob#2 try manual overide lever.iS IT TIGHT OR SMOOTH?DOES IT JUMP/SNAP?motor very hot? all bad signs.Change that power head too.The transformers are OK because 1 trans can only run 3 valves max.

That's very unlikely. I'd sooner believe the cat has been playing with it or it gets changed when someone wearing a backpack brushes past it (sometimes the straps or zipper pulls snag the oddest things). You can get a thermostat guard to prevent this if your landlord permits it.

Honeywell T6575D1009 thermostat

Question edited for clarity. Installation manual, but it has some very specific requirements. You may not have the correct one. The RTH6360 thermostat does not support L/A, S, or U terminals. If there are wires in terminals that are not listed, you will need additional wiring support. Visit yourhome.honeywell.com/support to find out if the thermostat will work for you. I don't understand that, and if you don't, you need a heating or electrical engineer.
