RTH230B Do you have a heat pump? If so, not compatible. What i did was move the jumper on the thermostat (RH RE). This is on the inside of the thermostat - NOT the red jumper!!! and got the AC working

RTH230B. The wire colors are: White, Green, Blue, and Red. There is no Yellow wire. I put the blue wire in the Y spot and the AC seems to come on, but for some reason it won't go below 75 degrees.
