This simple task often doesn't have the results you expect because the stock radio is part of the computer system and the radio is monitored by and driven by the BCM. Things like Warning Chimes and Clickers are driven from the BCM and played via the stereo speakers. Is there an injector pulse going to the injector?(an electrical pulse to fire the injector).
Is there spark at the plugs?
If the pickup in the dist is faulty you won't have either one.
If your vehicle uses a crank pickup with or instead of dist pick up....if it is defective ....no pulse.
The above is 90% cause of no pulse....other is computer problem 10%.
If you do have a injector pulse and no spray.....and have fuel pressure....change the injector.
A quick check for spark is spray a little starting fluid in it.....if it starts on the fluid....spark is present.

I would check the door jamb switches. The front door ones are mounted in the side of the dashboard.

None of these things are related there all separate issues. The window problem is in the door control master switch . the abs could be a wheel speed sensor vary likely and the blower motor could be an accuator or a bad vacuum switch or a bad connection at the blower motor or the resistors .

The OBDII / OBD2 connector is 18" from the center of the center console.







You will need to purchase an OBDII scanner/reader to read these codes.

The alternative method is get a OBD2 cable and a laptop + software to pull the codes.

Personally I would suspect timing chain or crankshaft sprocket key.

The easy way to open the glass without tearing up the tailgate panel or ripping out your carpet: Pull back the interior tailgate panel right above the bump in the middle where the latch is. There are no screws or bolts in that area, so it should pull away about 2 inches. Then you'll have to reach in and push down the release bar. You should be able to feel for the part that needs to be pushed down to release the glass. Now that it is unlocked, you will be able to open the hatch and the tailgate. Once open, remove the interior tailgate panel, which has one screw on each side. The failed actuator that needs to be replaced is not all that expensive and can be found at the dealer.

there's a black box under neath the steering wheel behind the panel unplug it it worked for my blazer i had the same problem it took me 2 months to figure it out i changed all the dome light switched and the fuses so i unplugged the black box under the dash below the steering wheel and it works fine now

Get a wiring diagram of the part of the vehicles system your havingproblems with and properly diagnose & repair

i would start by investigating the fuse box for a possible blown fuse.also double check the wiring connector is fully seated on the part you have replaced

Probably not the column, it is probably the PASSLOCK system. If I remember right, the blazer/ Jimmy were a bit special. If you have a stereo shop close by that installs remote start systems, give them a call.

Where do you buy the relay and if you buy one are they all the same?

The reason there are two timing marks on the balancer is because you can line up the top mark with the mark on the timing cover and the bottom mark with the mark on the block. This is top dead center for number 1 cylinder you dont need to crank the motor over with your finger over the no 1 plug hole or watch the valve springs on number one cylinder anymore now they have made it simple just line up the marks and you are at tdc no1 cylinder if you want diagrams email me. You need either the service manual or go to Alldatadiy.com for wiring schematics.

My personal suggestion would be to go for these repair catalogs. I know this website reliable-store that i used to buy them from, and they sold online it was very good manual. Go ahead, I bet.

Bad arm bushing or bad balljoint. It could also be cause by a loose or bad wheel bearing

I had the same problem 2 times the first was a bad Camshaft sensor the second was a cranksensor
