Most don't have one, it's an add on item. If it's leaked out, the leak needs to be found, sealed, and a port is aded for recharging procedure.
A clamp-on port can be added without the use of a torch

Your Brake pedal spring is not pulling the pedal up far enough to push the brake light switch button back in. You may need a stronger spring or possibly just that the spring is un-hooked under dash. Pull up on the pedal and lights should go out.
