Probably the HAZARD switch is on or shorted

The drivers manual will show the number and location of the fuse , if not check each side of the fuse with a volt meter while under load till the bad one is located .

I would call the AA or RAC.

Not exactly sure what you mean by "draining the battery before starting".

Does it start with a jump but then when you stop and shut if off it won't restart?

Or it starts but after it sets overnight, then it won't start.

Now I know what we're working on. Look at the #3 fuse block on the left side of the engine compartment Note: there are 4 different HVAC systems for this car this is a manual HVAC with a single non automatic blower so here you go. These are fuses I want you to check, fuse number then amperage of the fuse. F-31 30 amp F-08 30 F-05 5 F-03 15 F-07 30 If all are good check the A/C relay in the same fuse block it should click when the A/C is turned on and off. remember to check the refrigerant

Hook up a scan tool and see why the light is coming on. Could be running lean at that speed because of a fuel problem. Could be that one of the sensors controlling the engine is sending a bad signal. Lots of possibilities. Weak valve springs could be causing a miss fire.

After a major work like that, it could be just about anything. Best to hook up a scanner and see what the computer is seeing. Make sure the firing order is correct, Make sure both coils are working. How much fuel pressure do you have? Should have about 50 psi.

Not sure what your question is? I would charge up the battery with a good quality charger. Most are digital nowadays and usually have some diagnostics available. I mention this because if so you will want to diagnose the alternator as well as the battery performance. One or both might be out of commission. Failing that get the battery to a service center and they can determint if the battery is good. Also investigate the starter relay if both the other two check out good. Have fun, -J

The EP light turns on in case of a transmission issue, maybe there is a problem with the oil cooler, or your battery has reached its end-of-life. You can use an OBD device to check and reset codes, and the EP light may go away, if not, then its time to run diagnostics.

blend door--controls failing

Unplug the coils one at a time while running to pin point which one . Replace that coil . If no help check compression .if good replace injector

Check all fuses. Inspect all the wiring you can see. If a mouse chewed them up, maybe it could cause this?If that doesn't fix it, sounds like you have a defect in the circuit board in the Instrument panel display.
