If you have the disc provided with the laptop,you can restore to factory setting.

Insert the disc and follow the instruction.

For access the BIOS you need press the key F2 or F3 while startup.
Please try both the key one will work.

Depends on your operating system... go to Hardware Device Manager and click update driver or "Use this Device" etc

Another setting is in the Control Panel for Mouse
