okay what you do is go to start documents and copy this to the address bar "Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network and Sharing Center" after you do that click on manage wireless networks on the side now click on your internet profile and hit delete after its deleted search and find you internet and set it up again
In your laptop Open Control Panel > Network internet > Network and Sharing Center > Set up new connection or network > match with setting in your PC > Finish. Try to reconnect.
This error message usually occurs in windows vista & win7 if the settings saved on the computer doesnt matches with the settings in the router...
You can get rid of this message by deleting the list of preferred networks from your computer...
To delete the preferred networks, follow the method given below...
Open control panel > open Network & Internet(double click) > open Network & Sharing center(double click)
On the far hand side left you will have an option called "Manage wireless networks"
If you click that, you will see the list of preferred networks that are already saved in your computer...
Now select your network, make a right click and select "Remove network"
Select "ok" for all the warnings...
Thats it..! you are done..!
Now search for the list of available wireless networks in range, you must be able to see your network name without any error mesages...
Select your network and click connect, it will ask for the network key(if you have setup one)...
Enter the key and get connected...!
You must be able to go online now..!
