HOW TO REPLACE FAN IN LENOVO T400
Check Youtube for videos of replacing the fan. It will show you exactly what screws have to come out and in what order. Ribbon connectors are fragile and can break if forced, so be careful there.
How do i right mouse click on lenova e431?
The TrackPad on the e431 is different from the traditional trackpads we are used to from Lenovo. Lenovo has eliminated the two click buttons, but have instead integrated them into the trackpad itself. There are two red lines along the top left and right of the trackpad, and pressing the one on the left is equivalent to pressing the left mouse button, and pressing on the red line on the right side is the right-mouse button.

Get usb ports to work
Usually you don't need to do anything for any Windows to recognized the USB Ports. I will say that if the for instance a flash drives is not seen that you make sure that works in another PC.
Sometimes Windows gets confused if many USB devices were used and then removed. Eventually it will stop recognizing anything that is inserted. If you know how to use the registry you can fix it but if you don't better not try it. Your other option is to re-install Windows.
As a technician I could some other things before re-installing so I will leave like that for now.

G780 started up then shut down, no indicator lights when plugged in and will not sart up
Is the ac plug loose? If you wiggle it does the light come on and off? If that isn\'t the case and it powers up then goes right off sounds like an issue with your motherboard. If the unit is under warranty I would contact Lenovo. If the unit isn\'t under warranty you should try to blow it out with can air to get all the dust out of it to see if its a simple over heating issue. If the unit still doesn\'t post, sounds like you have a bad motherboard. Let me know if you have any other questions. Good place to find more info:
