Solution is to re-install USB Root HUB > Make sure you disconnect all USB devices before you follow these directions. Use a PCI mouse and/or Keyboard to do the following. You may try using a USB mouse, but often times you'll uninstall your mouse's USB Root HUB before you completely uninstall all the other USB Root HUBs making your mouse useless. Follow the steps in the link over and over until all USB Root Hubs are uninstalled. Restart your PC and then slowly add one USB device at a time.
Side notes: Keep in mind if you have way too many USB devices you will need a Powered USB HUB. You can buy them cheap, and they are worth it. Often times folks plug more USB devices than their motherboard/power supply can handle or they rotate like 40 devices on one PC. Rotating is OK, but you might want to follow these steps to make sure your PCs USB is working OK.
