Have you recently replaced the drum and if so does the machine not recognize the new one has been installed?
If this is the case then you should follow the steps below to replace the drum:

NOTE: Once the machine has instructed you to replace one of the drums (CMYK) then there is no way around but to replace the drum specified.
-

  1. Remove the new Drum Cartridge from its packaging and place it on a flat surface near the machine. Do not place the Drum Cartridge upright.
  2. Make sure the machine has stopped copying or printing, and then open the machine Front Door.
  3. Lift up on the lever marked 'A' located on the left front side of the Drum Cartridge.
  4. Pull down on the release handle to unlock the Drum Cartridge lock and access the four drum cartridges.
  5. Gently remove the Drum Cartridge (A1=Black, A2=Cyan, A3=Magenta, A4=Yellow) indicated on the Touch Screen, by grasping the light orange tab on the cartridge handle and pulling it straight out.
  6. Rest the new Drum Cartridge along with its black plastic protective shield into the cartridge slot. Make sure to load the cartridge in the direction of the arrow on the top of the shield and with the bottom of the shield resting on the release handle.
  7. Remove the tape from the top of the cartridge shield by pulling it off.
  8. Hold the Drum Cartridge shield and push the cartridge into the machine using the light orange tab.
  9. Remove the shield from the machine.

NOTE: Make sure the cartridge guide is aligned inside the guide rail, if not reseat the cartridge. See the Related Items below for additional information.

  10. Lift up the release handle in the middle to lock the Drum Cartridge
  11. Push the lever marked 'A' handle latch down until it locks.
  12. Close the Front Door. If the Front Door is not completely closed a message will be displayed and the machine will not operate.

How do i reset my drum for xerox workcentre 7345

You can't reset the drums counter on the machine. The drum has what they call a CRUM on it. It's the micro chip on the drum frame. You can buy new CRUM's or use one that still has some life on it. Press the two plastic retainers to remove the CRUM.

Need to reset replace drum message on Xerox Workcentre Pro 416

You can replace the chip on the drum unit. Or the drum unir itself.
Google a business called " the parts drop". They will have both the chip and or the drum cartridge. It is not resettable with a diagnostic code.

Actualy my copier is xerox work centre 5020. My problem is machine is indicate replace the drum cartridge. How can i solve my problem without buying drum cartridge set. Please helpme if any solution is...

Well, since the drum is a consumable, most of the copies is running life span counter. When the drum reached the life span, the message will pop out. Well, if the print out still ok, just ignore it.
