HP F4140 Printer - all lights flashing, blinking E

You can see four LED's on control panel, from top to bottom,1st is toner indication 2nd Attention 3rd is Ready light, 4th go light.. Observe led's are 'blinking' or 'On' condition.. # If toner light is blinking ="toner cartridge missing or contact problem or memory faulty.
# If toner light & ready lights are on= "toner low indication or refilled cartridge loaded".

The printer is toast, replace it.

is it giving any error while giving print command? goto start settings printer & faxes open the printer icon by double click .any job is pending in the queue? try remove the usb cable and check t below the pinter icon whether it shows off line?

It seems that there is a Paper Jam or Cartridge connection issue
1) Check the paper : is there any paper stuck -
2) Remove the cartridge and reconnect them .

You will have to reinstall the printer/scanner drivers (check on the internet for your type/model and download the drivers if you can't find the original install cd). You need to have the printer in the ready state
Just do onething ....... take out both the cart and then insert just one cart and try ... check with only color or back one in the pinter

Go to www.hp.com and let the website detect your printer and automatically download the software.

Go to www.hp.com, their program will automatically detect and download the proper drivers to your computer.

please reset your printer. turn off your printer, leave it for 30 sec and turn it on again....
