hi friend
this is very common problem for f300 series PSC

just delete the printer from printers and faxes and reboot the machine it will install printer again

there is funny thing abt this series it is saying offline when powered on and connected but when you disconnect iit will say "offline-use printer offline"

i think that you have wrong printer pre-selected.try from control panel to find printers and with right click change the pre celected one.....

Might be catridges are clogged.,Remove cartridges clean nozzles manually( you can findout in youtube how to clean cartridges), fix it back try it. If not succeeded, replace the cartridges..

Check to see which tray it is trying to print to.

Make sure you are selecting color. Mine will do either way. There should be a selection on how you want it.

Did you do scan via a P.C. with HPSCAN software . Try searching for files names image*.* take a note of the file name it used to save scan and search for file with search function and note files location.
