Hello, To whom it may

Make sure you have the latest drivers for the printer installed on your computer by visiting the manufacturer's website and getting and installing the latest version. Next, if you've already run the cleaning procedure, try replacing the ink cartridges. Finally, if that doesn't work, the printer may be defective and should be sent back.

I replaced black ink cartridge now it wont print

Hi, Kim!
Is the tab on the new cartridge interfering with the electric contacts on the cartridge? Make sure those contacts are well-seated into the printer socket to make a firm connection. (Handle gently - just pay attention to how it should fit, and that nothing is in the way between the cartridge and the socket.)

Let me know if this helps -- ambssdor.

Download and install a copy of Primo PDF ,and as you scan your documents, instead of sending them to your default printer, select "Primo PDF" for your printer name, when your "Print" windows

Make a note of the document name and where you saved it...

Open up "Outlook Express"
Click "Create Mail"
compose your email,
then select "Attach"
"Insert Attachment" window opens....select your file or files, click "Attach"
Click "Send"

I have just changed ink but it keeps saying print

This machine uses ink tanks.
The ink tanks are installed into the print head.
Turn off the printer and open the lid.
Make sure the head is seated firmly in the machine.

We had a paper jam, got the paper out but now it

fix it by moving the print cartridges to the far left, and on the far right there is a little white plastic tab that is spring loaded. i just puched this tab towards the front of the printer and realised it has jammed on me. after doing this i closed the lid and restarted the unit. worked straight away no more issues

My Canon MP520 has a 6A80 error and now the

6A80 error is an APP position error caused by the APP motor during the purging operation as the printer starts up. Canon states that one of three components is likely to have failed, the sheet feed unit, purge unit or logic board. All of these will be almost impossible to get as a spare part. The only thing worth trying is an EEPROM reset that can be done using the service manual. Get a copy here: http://www.tradebit.com/filedetail.php/4981053-canon-pixma-mp520-printer-service-manual

Can i print in black and white if I run out of any

The printer software should give you the option of printing in monochrome. Just check the box that asks for this option.
