if you haven't any error message then you may have a problem in laser shutter, check and reseat your catrtidge, or you have a problem in your DC Controller

Resit toner cartridge properly, shoot 20 pages of blank pages .. check..

check the toner cartridge connectors (high voltage ) take care you must disconnect the power cord first >(inside the print area at the left down side)

We have had a lot of problems with this printer the main board seems to go frequently, HP repaired two under warranty, but they failed a couple of months later. if yours is still under warranty send it back to HP asap. If not cut your losses and get a different model I'm afraid

probably your pick up roller and separation pad are too used, try to change.
