SOURCE: Starting 1998 Ford Crown Victoria

try a jump...if still clicking...then replace starter/solenoid together. the solenoid is mounted on the starter.....but they both come when purchasing a new or rebuilt starter .....and a better deal eliminates both problems.....o the starter is located at the flywheel area....GL

Where is the pcv valve located on a 1991 ford crown victoria?

its located at the back of the engine near the firewall. it has a large hose connected to it(3/8") if I remember right. it is attached to top of the PCV valve. pull the hose off then you can pull the valve out of the rubber grommet that holds it into the engine.

1987 Ford Crown Victoria LTD

If it was an old police vehicle it has probably got an ignition kill switch located somewhere. This will have to be removed. And the wiring put back to factory standards. If not an old police car you are not getting voltage to the starter which is a bad relay. Do you get a clicking sound when you try to start? If yes, have someone keep hitting the start and listen and look for a relay under the hood.
