2000 ford excursion battery light wont shut off

Take it to a national chain parts store like Autozone and have them test your alternator. Have them test your whole electrical system. It quick and its free. I'm thinking your alternator/battery is going bad. Hope this helps you out.

AC blows hot until driving then blows cold?

Is the fan pulling enough air thru the radiator and condenser when the truck is parked ? Have you checked gauge pressure for high and low sides and is it normal ? And is the compressor running when the truck is parked ?

Speed sensor codep0720

The sensor should be on the side of the transmission, but it needs to be tested before you replace it. Could be a problem inside the transmission.

You have lost your GROUND on the Left. Just add a Ground wire to the Left and your lights will work. This happened to my Expedition, 3 minute fix.

Keeps cutting out on highway

More than likely it is one of 2 things. At higher speeds, your vehicle requires more fuel and with the year of your vehicle, it appears to be (a) Fuel Filter or (b) Fuel Pump. The Test for this is the same, Put a Fuel Pressure Gauge on the Fuel Rail and get a reading. It should be in the neighborhood of 40-44 PSI. The problem is if the Fuel Filter is blocked, it will reduce the Fuel pressure also. So you have to put the In-Line Tester on. If the Pressure is HIGHER Before the Filter then you have your answer. If there is no change and the pressure is Low... It is the Pump.

Where is the fuel reset switch and what does it look like

The Emergency Fuel Cut Off Switch is located under the Passenger Side Kick Panel. You must remove the Kick Panel down at your feet on the RIGHT SIDE, 6-8 inches FORWARD of the Door opening and approximately 6-7 Inches off the Floor. It is Rectangular in shape and has a ROUND BUTTON on the Top that is Spring Loaded. To reset, all you have to do is Push Down and it will magnetically reset.
