Check the hot wire going to/at the distributor .. a number of these were crimped on the wires insulation/casing and not on the wire itself,,, it makes intermittent connection.
..This is hard to diagnose,, your symptoms are exactly what this causes... Good luck...

There are some connectors behind your steering wheel that may be messed up. My 1999 chevy s10 had a dysfunctional horn I had to remove the airbag from the steering wheel to access the wiring harness to the horn and i had a broken wire that caused the horn not to work I replaced that and problem solved. Also Your actual horn is usually located in your front bumper and that may be damaged if it is replacing it will fix the problem. Hope this helps good luck

you shouldn't have lost power if anything you should have lost spark make sure your battery is still hooked up maybe even charge it something sounds funny about that without seeing hard to diagnose though

if you just put a head gasket on there it came with torque specs most do.. if not call the parts store..

That is normal to a degree. When a booster fails, the pedal is very hard to push and the engine can have a vac leak.

the steering wheel must be removed there is a pin to remove the tumbler.
