There is a sequence of tightening the head bolts in a specific order in 2 passes, the preferred method is to tighten all bolts to 22 ft lbs, then add 75 degrees turn to long bolts, 65 degrees to medium bolts, and 55 degrees to short bolts. If you need the picture go to a library and use alldata to print it out.

When my truck is idleing it has a skip to it. i

This is usually caused by a bad valve or a bent pushrod. Either way at least one of the exhaust valves is not seating properly. You could pull the valve covers, remove the rocker arms, and pull each pushrod and check them one by one for straightness to eliminate the easy fix, but if you don't find a bent one you will have to pull the heads to check the valves. Personally I would pull the heads anyway and inspect them because a bent pushrod could be a symptom of a bigger problem.

Only way the rockers won't move is if the cam isn't turning. Only way that can happen is if the timing chain isn't turning it. Go back inside and find out why.

I have 1998 chevy van 2500.don't receive secondary

turns over no start? Usually on these, a basic tune-up, white corrosion build up on ignition cap, ignition rotor get green and should be replaced. Recommend high tension wires and spark plugs. Basic tune up. You can get it scanned at a dealer, or another garage. If the check engine lamp is
on, there will be a code to help diagnose, if not, start with these items. Pull a spark plug first and smell that there is a hint of fuel, to ensure you have fuel going to engine first. You want to make sure there is fuel pressure as well.

Antfreeze in oil will {steelseal}

In some cases it will but... there are some disadvantages to using a clogging agent because it does just that, clog. It gums up your cooling system. It's worth a try if you are in a bind. Just make sure that you change your oil and filter right away. Water in your oil can and will do some serious damage to your motor.

98 chev 2500 no brake lights on box works on

Possible cause is the connector is disconnected and the bumper area. Main ground wire may be loose, check manual for ground location. Also the wiring loom may have been damaged between the rear lights and the front connector. The front lights will blink fast when the rear lights do not work. There could also be a problem with the turn signal switch. Check with the wiring schematics to see which wires to check for power.
