2003 ford expedition locker malfunction
Lack of power because of the vacuum leak wher the line is disconnected from. Start the engine and with hood raised, listen for the vacuum hiss fron it sucking air in and hook the loose line to that fitting where you hear the leak.

Oil drip with oil smells like gasoline
Could be 2 problems. Some rear main seals leak with oil flowing out where trans joins engine. You should crawl under vehicle and look directly up from oil leak, If inside garage use a newpaper to catch current drip.
Gassy oil can be leaking fuel injector draining into oil pan. Sometimes dirty fuel injector will stay open and fuel pressure will continue to drain into motor after vehicle is off. Sometimes stuff like seafoam will clean injectors.

I have a 2003 ford
By 2003 most air-con systems had considerable electronic control and your problem might be caused by a malfunction there, wiring problems, compressor clutch problems or maybe there is a leak and the refrigerant pressure has already fallen to the point where the system is ceasing to work depending on temperature.

My power third row seat don't work.
Your missing something's G-404 has nothing to do with it !
Seats - Third Row
The third row seat:
- is three-passenger seat.
- a 60/40 bench seat.
- folds down for more cargo area.
- has optional power fold down seats.
Third Row Power-Fold Seat
CAUTION: To prevent possible damage to the third row seat or the safety belts, make sure that the safety belts are not fastened when moving the seat to the load floor position.
CAUTION: Make sure that no objects such as books, purses or briefcases are on the floor in front of the third row seats or on the seat cushion before lowering the backrest(s).
The third row power-fold seat consists of the following electrical components:
- right third row seat relay.
- left third row seat relay.
- right power-fold seat motor.
- left power-fold seat motor.
- right front third row seat switch (if equipped).
- left front third row seat switch (if equipped).
- right rear third row seat switch.
- left rear third row seat switch.
For the third row power-fold seat to operate, a shared ground is supplied by the body security module (BSM) to both of the power-fold seat relays, enabling the seats to then be moved by pressing one of the third row power-fold seat switches. The third row power-fold seat operates only when the vehicle is in PARK and the liftgate glass, liftgate door or any entry door must be open.
The third row power-fold seat motors transfer movement to a drive gear assembly to raise and lower the seat backrest. The power-fold seat motors rotate a short drive cable which is connected to the drive gear assembly.
The relay's are located in Aux. relay box #2

2002 ford expedition- clicking from the relays inside car
If your saying the starter motor won't crank, make sure the battery has a full charge.
Note the starter components picture, If that is what you have, I'd check the starter relay switch. It appears to be underhood--firewall or rear of fender lining, passenger side.
See the two large lugs, that should be battery voltage to and from relay switch. The smaller terminal should be feed from crank position of ignition switch.
In the past on different makes and models I have used a large screwdriver to short between the two large posts at the relay switch, to see if starter motor will crank. If you try this, make sure tranny is in park or neutral and parking brake is set.
I may be coming in the back door to diagnose, but, It should lead to same place.

Check Charging System/told not the alternator
Check your battery connections - where the cables connect to the battery posts AND where the cables connect to the starter/main power feed and where the ground cable connects to the engine and/or frame. A poor or corroded connection can cause intermittent problems and poor charging performance.
