You will when you have a repair shop do some tests- unless youkeep driving it & ruin it first

"Turn over" and "crank" are the same thing. Does the starter engage and the engine turn over? If not then you may have a bad wire on the starter, which is a common problem. If it does turn over but won't start then you either have no spark and/or no fuel and you need to have a technician look it over.

As with any no-start situation, you need to know if you have spark to the plugs, fuel to the injectors, and normal compression to proceed.

You may have to remove the engine cover to get to it and it should be on the front/top of the intake manifold on the left. (see picture http://www.autoclinix.com/Manifold3.htm).

That car has a body control module that the lights get power from. That module is common to go bad. I would start with that.

Lean is to much fuel rich is not enough too rich and it will run hot lean it can't burn all of the fuel.

This car does not come standard with a block heater You need to have a heater installed if you want one

The surpinetine belt is slipping on the alternator. A high pitch squeal can sometimes also be heard, because rain water is making the worn belt slip. So replace the belt first. Other possibilities are the idler tensioner might be weak, or worst case is the alternator itself. Also check if your battery cable connections are clean and tightened, because the battery may not be getting a proper charge.

Sounds like a bad lighting control module. They were very problematic for '03.

Sorry if i had worked on one of these cars i might know but iam in europe so i have never seen one but this lighting module intrigues me what exactly do you mean by a module for the lights ?? is it something special to conform with local laws by any chance as i can say i am not familar with this on any vehicles i work on
