There are screws in the power window / door lock panel, speaker grill and under the little plastic squares. Remove all, there may be more panel screws once you remove those pieces (they hide the screws holding the panel). Then pry the panel off. There are usually some plastic clips that will likely snap. Also, some silicone calk is holding some plastic page like material in place. That silicone never dries so that can be a mess. Replace, ent platic clips can be found at pepboys or the dealer. Cheaper at pepboys or even eBay.

Why do the fan stay running when car is off on my 03 crown vic?

Sounds like you have a double problem . First locate the radiator fan relay it should be in the fuse box change the relay. Also change the tempature sending unit (attached to radiator) . If your car is overheating . You need to check. For a leak, be sure you have enough. Fluid in radiator, check. Thermostat , change it anyway cheap enough, ( 16 lbs. pressure ) this should solve your problem

Unscrew the arm rest, pop the plastic screws from around the edge of the soft door panel where it meets the metal, peel back the plastic with tar on it, and then unscrew the motor.

If you are having a motor problem in your passenger-side door, it would be less costly if you went to a junk yard that has a door that matches your particular car and buy it. You'll spend less money that way. You may have to paint the door eventually, but at least you won't have to spend a fortune on replacing the motor. The choice is yours.

Why isn't my crown victoria 03 wipers won't work, I just put in a new motor and checked the fuses, with a new switch but I still get nothing, it gets around 11.7 volts out of 12 but it still doesn't w

Even new switches can be bad. Also, when connecting the motor, one of the wires could have been bent or pushed out. Check the connections between the motor and the wiper assembly. Make sure the terminals are straight and in place. Doesn't take much to bend one or force it out of the harness.

How come when i put the cables on my battery my head light flicker is it running power

The problem sounds like a relay. Newer cars have a sensor and relay device that turns the lights on when so much light is not visible. When the sensor senses a lack of light, it triggers the relay, which sends voltage to the lights. This can be disabled. You will need the manual to locate the device. It should be right behind the headlight assembly or under the battery. Each car is different. Contact your auto parts store or manufacturer to determine the location.

What does it mean if my car wont hold a charge if it sits for a few days if the battery is new?

Brand new battery failure that quickly would likely be bad connections at the battery, scrape clean the post connectors of any rust or corrosion. If the problem persists, the alternator would be the next step.

Trouble code p1299

Your PCM is going into fail-safe cooling mode. If temps really are normal then you may have a bad CHT (cylinder head temperature) sensor. Disconnect battery (negative wire) for one minute to get rid of code then road test your car to see how soon the P code comes back.
