Where where to locate the headlight motor on a 1988 Chrysler LeBaron convertible
I don't understand how a headlight motor can keep a car from starting unless a short circuit has blown the fusible link to the ignition switch. Usually the headlight fuse would go first unless somebody tried bypassing the blown fuse with a wire (always a terrible idea).
Headlight motors are probably on the front of the radiator mounting panel, right next to each headlight.
07 chrysler twc 3.8 upper intake tightening sequence
I found a forum post on Jeep Enthusiast Forums that provides the tightening sequence for the 3.8L upper intake plenum of a 2007 Chrysler TWC. Here are the steps:
Remove covering on lower intake manifold and clean surfaces.
Inspect manifold gasket condition. Gaskets can be re-used, if not damaged. Position new gasket in seal channel and press lightly in-place. Repeat procedure for each gasket position.
Position upper manifold on lower manifold.
Apply Mopar® Lock & Seal Adhesive (Medium Strength Threadlocker) to each upper intake manifold bolt.
Install and tighten bolts to 12 N·m (105 in. lbs.) using torque sequence.
Here is the torque sequence for the 3.8L upper intake plenum:
6 2 4
5 1 3
Please note that this information is provided as-is and I recommend consulting a professional mechanic for any further assistance.

The car isn't letting to go anywhereElectronic Throttle Control IndicatorElectronic Throttle Control IndicatorThis is the Electronic Throttle Control (ETC) Indicator symbol. This light, a lightning bolt between reversed brackets or parenthesis, will illuminate if there is a problem in the electronic throttle control system. It may be seen in red or yellow/amber. As an electronic system, it can sometimes be reset by restarting the car, much or exactly like re-booting a computer. Before moving on, are you sure this is your symbol?? If yes, then continue on below. Otherwise return to our main Picture Symbols page and scan again! If the system and the light do not reset with a restart, the vehicle should be drivable, but your dealer or authorized service center will need to service the system soon.Note however, that if your vehicle does not operate normally, contact roadside assistance right away.

How to replace the car starter motor of 2000 chrysler 300M
What is the actual issue are you having with the removal? Starter motors are usually one small wire connector, one large wire connector and two bolts holding it in place.
The most common issues with starter motor replacing are physically getting to it and getting it past other things in the engine bay to get it out.
