My tower is working but I cannot get a picture on the monitor

In this case, make sure that the monitor is connected properly to the tower and there is no loose connection. Also, cross-check the buttons on the monitor to make sure that the monitor is turned on. If you still face the issue, try connecting your monitor to a different power outlet (if feasible) and see if that works. If the issue still persists, you may consider using another working monitor temporarily (if feasible) to check if there is any issue with your current monitor. If the issue is still not resolved, you are advised to contact a local technician or technical support team of your OEM for further assistance. GuruAid.com

Is there any way I can get a Packard Bell iMedia S3810 motherboard/BIOS to become UEFI compliant - I have a 4TB HD which I cannot currently install any OS on to...

No, the motherboard chipset will not support the newer technology. While it is true that MBR disks cannot be larger than 2TB, this does not preclude you from using a larger disk as a boot disk. You simply have to partition the drive to make the first (boot) partition 2TB or less. You can then format and install the OS to that partition. You just can't leave the full 4TB as a single drive letter, and most users wouldn't do that anyway.
