Is there a manual for Model# A950-TWR Packard

This answer is not an answer to the question. FixYa should demonstrate it cares what it posted on its site by removing spam posts like one advising that a full restore operation is the answer. Clearly, Khalil has not read the question.

Keeps beeping when i turn it on but there is no

A beep code usually means there is a problem with the motherboard, CPU or some other hardware. You have to listen carefully to the code, write it down if necessary,ie: one long, two short, etc. and refer to your manual. Alot of times it's a ram problem,ie, either one stick is bad or maybe there is a bad connection. Write down your beep code and repost.

Hej min mouse har stoppat att

Check the pins if it's a PS2 mouse. They sometimes get smashed together. Try another mouse by removing the bad one first in Control panel Mouse or pointing device, remove or uninstall. reboot and put in new mouse. should be found by software and installed correctly.

No power at all, np lights come on and well

No power and power LED does not light up, this indicates either the mains power is off or you have a faulty power lead. Test the mains socket and the mains power lead.
If these are OK then the fault most likely a faulty switch mode power supply. Remove the switch mode power supply and get it tested at your friendly computer repair shop OR borrow a power supply and insert it into your PC to see if it now boots up.
If it boots up the replace the power supply with a new switch mode power supply with the same total wattage or higher wattage.
