Upside down on screen + touch pad frozen
Attach a mouse , an USB external device. Go into the display settings, find the orientation screen, you should be able to correct the orientation thereAs for the mouse pad, enter device manager and ensure the dievice is there and is enabled. If is appears okay hover the mouse over the mouse pad listing, *I am assuming the external mouse works okay,( and right click on it to bring up options then select properties.
Then highlight the update driver button and search for a new one
Hopefully this should remedy the problem
My system doesnt get to the destop what do i do
Assuming Windows? If so, what version? I'd boot to safe mode, and then do a shutdown. What happens after rebooting normally again in that case? If you continue to have problems, then I'd suspect a bad sector on your hard drive causing some sort of file corruption. I'd recommend using Steve Gibson Research tool called SpinRite located here: https://www.grc.com/default.htm. I've been using his tools for over 30 years. This is very cheap and works 99% of the time. Good luck.
Changing battery on motherboard
unit probably uses 2032 lithium battery - about the size of a nickel. Remove old one and insert new one. Hopefully the bios defaults will operate your computer properly.
