please can you check the extension of the pictures you are trying to open
ex.. abc.img where the (.img) is the extension

the problem might just be that you do not have the program that opens the extension. then you can download a programme that open the extension of your pictures.

also check to make sure your camera or memory card is well connected to the pc.


or the pictures on the camera are currupt and thus might have lost tje pictures already. thn you will have to format the memory card and then take frash pictures for your viewing

its just that type of camera when you Upload it should have voice.

Just double click on "My Pictures" and open it. After that click on File and goto new. A list will open and given a name of that New Folder from textbox. Now you can download your photos when download is complete then save it into created folder. All pictures willnow into the Folder and easily you can get it

Need to download and install the driver for the packard bell dsc-400 digital camera.

The above link has one for windows 98 but it may work in other operating systems.
If it doesn't in Windows 7, then, you're going to have a problem finding the driver, since Packard Bell kind of went out of business for a while, and this is an older camera.

Good luck on getting it to work, though.

OK, this specific camera takes an SD memory card, you will be able to buy this card at any camera sore.

The card should look like this.



The card does not have to be this precise model, just take you camera with you if you go to the store, and ask for assistance.

Check the manual if it supports 2G memory cards.

If yes, probably the card is faulty, try inserting it in other cameras/phones to see if it works.

If none of this help get the camera to an authorised dealer for professional help.
