Check the Positive and negitive terminals It may not be seeing the voltage it needs , I have a strike 7 and it did a similar thing , as soon as the load from the transducer is on it wont load ,, Mine was the dirty Neg cable to the bus bar under the dash

Mine was doing the same thing. Hold the plus and minus button at the same time and hit the power button
