Hi I have a lowrance x48 fishfinder and transom mounted transducer, I also have a navman 5380i chartplotter. My question is can the transducer be used with the Navman 5380i chartplotter.
  • I would think not as the resistance and transponder are matched to the unit.

I have lowrance 5300 igps that does not read recognize the memory card with the nautical chart.I removed the card from another gps and it works,in mine does not even appear option to select the map
Sounds like the memory card you can not recognize is faulty or corrupted.

I have just bought a
well if the side scanner is a stern mount. Then opposite side would be best and scanning away from other transducer. Too much wattage and they will mix signals and give you two blank screens. You can mount together but run one at a time. Aloha
