Ibanez Pre amp problem
It sounds like the guitar pickup may be faulty. It may be a loose connection on the which could be soldered easily or it may be damaged in some other way.
As this is isolated with your G string, I suspect the individual pickup unit is at fault.

I have an Ibanez TSA15H
This appears to be a common problem with this amp. Putting a smaller fuse will only cause it to blow easier...not sure what Ibanez techs were thinking. Mine blows with 500mA fuse...usually because failing to let it warm up the 30 seconds with standby switch off. I have used .75A-250V fuse and it eliminates the problem. Note: it also defeats the purpose of the fuse and leaves the circuit unprotected....voids warranty/fire risk/ shock risk/world will end, etc. I don't recommend using higher rated fuses but it appears that portion of the circuit draws more than the 1/2 amp fuse can handle.
Just purchased a used Alvarez FF60WR. The
my on board tuner used to do that. I just tried to tune the guitar normally and it usually worked after a couple of seconds. The tuner needs sound to work - it won't work without you playing any notes :)
Barrel socket noise/squealing
I would try a different guitar cord to prove that the one you use is good. If the plugin socket is rusty or corroded it could do the same. If you use a speaker cable as an instrument cable, that would happen. A loose ground can also and cheap pickups will do it naturally. I know an S series should have decent pickups but, if you got it used or something like that, you never know what was done to it before you got it.

When i plug in to an amp i have no output
Check you battery and/or connections. You need to know in particular if the pickup wire is intact, and going to the volume/tone preamp. There would also be another wire going from the preamp to the plugin socket. If it uses a battery, check the power connections there. I hope this helps
Chorus emits a pulsating noise
Sounds to me like low-end gear. You honestly get what you pay for. If it happens to be high-end then you have either bad cables or just a bad effects processor. If you have on-board effects built into the amp, then get better equipment.
Hope this helps.
