To change the idle speed on a 2.4 pt cruiser engine, on the front side of the throttle body towards the intake manifold, there is a tiny star screw ( one with the point sticking up in the middle ) that you can turn to raise and it lower the idle speed with.

First check the cable channel to the socket if it properly connected or some time when the cable over work it develops such thing some time, at this point all u nee to do is unplug the it and wait for so.e time for it to get cool a beat

Either a faulty/incorrect starter solenoid or the starter is the wrong size. Check by measuring if the dog wheel actually swings out to engage with the fly wheel. Are there any teeth missing/worn on the starter ring gear.

It may be possible to program the ABS and Traction Control out of it. for the Brake Lights issue check that the bulb in the high level brake light is working. HAVEK 1005 sounds right on track.... but also try this, usually works well for non functional power windows, specially Caravans.

NO COST PROCEDURE TO FIX IT:

1. Sit in vehicle, on seat next to problematic window
2. Ignition key is on
3. Door in question is opened (in case you closed it)
4. While door is open, press and hold power window button in desired window travel, keep button pressed !!
5. SLAM hard the door closed with one hand while other hand holds button as per #4.
6. Watch window operate as it should.
7. Repeat 3-6 if necessary, but usually the first try works!

NOW, for the naysayers that says you must replace power window motors etc, at $$$ cost because the above fix does not work, or is not long lasting fix, or less than a "professional fix".... Well then, when the window fails to operate again, apply same fix again at that time.

I have fixed my van this way numerous times (usually once a year), and to all local friends I recommend this fix too, likewise do the same and are happy with the solution.

The key and the vehicle need programming together at the same time using a professional grade scan tool computer. You need to reset the immobilizer and security system. There are details here. Do you have a voltmeter? If the battery is below 11 volts, the security systems will fail. If the ideas here don't work, you need an auto electrician or an auto locksmith to diagnose and fix. On some vehicles the fuel filter is actually built into the fuel pump so it is located inside the fuel tank. I think from 2009 the Sebring used this type of filter so you won't find a filter on it's own as a part. Unless your vehicle has above average mileage you don't really need to worry about changing the filter until it's 5 years old or 50,000 miles (whichever comes first). To replace the filter you will need to replace the entire fuel pump assembly. For this you might need to drop the fuel tank out from under the car.
