hi i am kishan, from india u r facing this problem so same problem is facing my customer so i think its problem of your lcd so u can do one thing \ back side of your laptop u will find vga port so do arrang one moniter(desktop) and attach it to your laptop vga port and then start your laptop and press alt+f5(simbol of external monitor) and u can dispay your windows on moniter now u can take your backup it will work but u shoud check your laptops lcd dispay regard .... take care

Windows 7 should be the OS. If you go to safe mode, it should complete booting and then you can list the errors but I suspect there is a driver error. Maybe the wrong version in there.

The computer has fast integrated LAN network trough cable (10/100/1000Mbps). For WiFi you can add a short PCI-e x1 WiFi card to the slots or use a USB WiFi and/or Bluetooth stick. There are sticks that can do both. Cards have larger antenna's Faster WiFi may well require them. The slower not so much. There is 2,4 and 5 GHz. WiFi and routers can be set on both speeds or either one of them so when you buy a WiFi device you should decide on required speed, personal preferences and possibilities. 5 GHz may not be received in another room.

Knowledge is the main condition. Patience with some clients that find it hard to understand sometimes is an asset.

You may be able to install Win7 from a USB device. Install Win7 onto a USB device (8Gb is large enough) and boot from it. Follow the prompts.
