You can have a google search to find perfect solution to your answer. A google search will provide you various solutions.

Others solutions I know is through an Imap account transfer, where you have to make same Imap accounts on both the email providers i.e, in your case apple mail and outlook 2010 and then you can safely transfer all your emails.

Next is an application approach that costs but allows you to transfer all your emails quickly with all your data safe.
One applcation is Mail Passpport pro. Here's Its link
You can go for the trial version to check its compatibilty first.

Make your choice
I hope this helps you.

First:

Follow the steps and you will be able to import your mails easily
1. open outlook 2011
2. create a local folder
3. drag all your local emails to the folder we have created
4. then drag the local folder we have created to the lion's desktop (once it will finish, we'll have a .mbox file)
5. open mail
6. In Mail, choose File > Import Mailboxes -> choose .mbox file

Second:

You can use Exchange or IMAP accounts to have all the files on the
server, and then in Mail, but you would need significant storage space
there if you have a lot of e-mails.

Third:

You can use software approach to solve your problem. There are various softwares available online for this problem. One I know is Olm converter pro.
You can find it here: olmconverterpro.com

If your deleted emails are still in your "Trash" folder ... you can view the contents of the "Trash" folder, select the emails you wish to restore, and "move" them to your "Inbox" folder.
If you have already emptied your "Trash" folder ... then it's not going to be possible to restore the emails that have been deleted.
You can try to contact Yahoo (support) to plea / request for your emails to be recovered from their backups. You may get lucky.

All you need to chat on Facebook is a Facebook account, nothing to download or install. When you log into Facebook you're automatically logged into Facebook Chat so you can chat on Facebook. Just go to your Facebook page and you can start to chat on Facebook right away. At the bottom of every Facebook page you'll see your Facebook Chat tools. The first of the three Facebook Chat tools is the online friends tool. This simply tells you which of your Facebook friends is online right now. The next Facebook Chat tool is notifications which will let you know if you have any new Facebook notifications right from the tool. The third tool in Facebook Chat is the actual chat tool.
