Printer prints mirror image only.

Printer has been working fine. tried to print an e-mailed recipt and it printed mirror image only. Tried to print WORD and EXCELL docs. Same problem.

Very very simple follow the steps
click start on the left corner of your pc.
then go to printer and faxes.
then right click your printer icon.
go to properties.
then click printing prefrences.
then go to printer feauters.
in that click no to mirror image.simple.
your problem is solved.this is very correct way .so please rate the solution as fixya.waiting for your reply.thanks.

how about if your printer is canon ip 2770? there is no such thing as mirror image or flip or something...

Go to printer settings and off the mirror image option.its simple.you can do it.it will be ok.

Check the menu in the printing section. there should be a section that gives you mirror images, dark background white letters etc..
need more info on the model .

Which printer print mirror image?

If your printer won't print mirror image, try editing the document so that the mirror image appears on your screen. All printers will print that.
I know MS Word has that capability.

I need to print a mirror image

Hi,

Do you want to print in Mirror Image ?

Follow the steps and you will be able to do so,

Click on Start button
Open Control Panel
Open Printers
Highlight the Printer icon name ( HP Photosmart C4680 All-in-One Series )
Right click on the Printer icon and Left click on Printing Properties
Under Advanced Tab click Mirror Image ON
Click Apply - Click OK

Try to print and it will print in Mirror Image.

I have HP Office Jet L7680 All-in-one printer, for unknown reason it keeps printing the "mirror image" of a document I'm trying to print

Try this...
Go to <Start> <Printers> Right click on your printer and select properties. On the "advanced" tab uncheck "Print Mirror Image". I know the path works for other printers, but I can't validate it for you that model.

Hello,

When you go to print something next time, click on Preferences on the Print window. Click on the Advanced tab. There should be a Mirror Image choice and it probably says ON. Click on the ON and change it to OFF with the drop-down menu. Click OK. That should correct the mirror image problem.

As for the paper, I have a hard time printing on 4X6 paper too. Seems to be a common problem with HP. If you would like to accept the mirror image solution and post a separate on, you should get another expert to help you.

In the meantime I will try to research it further.

HP J5780 printer is printing backwards

Hello,

You may have the Mirror image turned on.

Open a job to print. Select File>Print. When the Print window opens, select Preferences, then click on the Advanced tab.

Look for the Mirror Image option. If it says ON, click on it and change it to OFF. Then click OK.

Mirror Image is mainly for iron on transfers.

Print mirror image gel printer GX700

The mirror image setting is in the printer properties/ printing preferences. You can either go to control panel/printers/properties, or when you press print, and the window pops up, in printing preferences you can choose the mirror image setting.
