Display reads fill beans, but bean are filled. I also took them all out thinking something was lodged in there, Turned machine on and off, switched settings and still says fill beans.

This sounds like the grinder is not strong enough to grind properly. Try adjust the grind to a bit coarser, if this makes no difference then the bearings inside the grinder may gone. Try only fill a small amount of beans in the container and see if it works. It may be that when there is too much of a load on it it will not spin the blades.

Some models, such as C60 and C65, have a plastic disc about the size of a silver dollar as a guard above the grinder, with very little clearance for the beans to feed below the guard. Oily beans can stick together and hang up on the guard. I noticed when the Fill Beans problem happened, that the grinder didn't sound like there was anything in it, just a whirring sound of the motor.
My field modification to solve this problem was to remove the guard (1 screw), add a 1/4" spacer (made from a 10-24 nut) beneath the guard, giving more clearance. Beans fed great, and the screw was just long enough to re-mount the guard with the spacer below it.
To do this:
1. Unplug the machine.
2. Open the top of the machine. On C60 and C65, there are two OVAL head screws on the back. If you don't have an oval head driver, you can grab them with small vice grips and work them loose. At the top front under the side lids there are two torx screws - much easier to find a driver. Remove the lid, being careful with the wiring to the power switch. The lid can be moved aside with the wiring still connected, just enough to access the guard.
3. Remove enough beans to expose the guard, and remove the torx head screw and guard
4. Put your spacer in place (anything metal or plastic about 1/4" thick with a hole in it will do), and replace the screw, being careful not to over-tighten and strip the threads. You may need to find a similar self-tapping screw 1/4" longer.
5. Replace the top and the 4 screws that secure it. Plug it in and try it.
This turned out to be a bulletproof fix for my machine. I thought about discarding the guard entirely, but seemed like a better idea to leave it in place. You can watch the beans happily feeding into the grinder, and no more Fill Beans light until you actually run out of beans!
