Have you tried creating the barcode / label using the ZDesigner software? It is available free on their website and I'm sure you'll find it easy to use. Hope this helps!

You need to go to printers and choose 'add a printer'. Under add printer, choose the printer called "MS FAX." That will install microsoft fax as a printer. Next, print your document by going to File, Print... (make sure it says "PRINT..." then you should see a selection screen, choose ms fax, and there you go. That should do it.

You can print labels with windows driver or sending scape commands. If you have problems with the escapes you will design the label with bartender (you have a demo in the CD) and when you have finished with the design you can print to a file. Open that file and you will find all escape command needed to print.

This is defendant on the program you use to print labels with. The printer responds to either a print job sent to the driver (like a standard windows printer). Or you can send an EPL program to the printer in order to use internal barcode generating features of the printer. The dimensions of the barcode are controlled via the EPL script. check your computer comfiguration check the ram for memory

first if you are using the printer conector istead of USB cable that is one reason the second one is the setings for your printer you can go to the printer properties click on advance check to start printing imediatelly and thats it

if you have it set to use thermal ribbon and dont use 1 then you can get this error..

put a ribbon in or there is a switch located inside the case near the feed switch turn it off
