I always get confused as to the door swing direction and I need to replace one of the handle sets. Before I order I need know if it is a right or left hand door. Can you help?

I would suggest you ONLY DO THIS when the stove is COLD! Always Use Safety Gloves when touching a Stove.
Some stoves have a "Lift and Swing" latch where you use a handle to slide the door up a short amount then swing it outwards.
Others have a "Slide" latch where you slide a peg or handle across a slot to unlock the doors.
Another version of this can be a 'twist' instead of a slide.

How does the door handle even know if it is in a right or left handled door?
The handle should retract the latch with a quarter turn clockwise OR counterclockwise, so it should make no difference at all.
The only thing that is right or left handed is the direction the latch bevel points, so that it will retract when you push the door shut.
And the latch has nothing to do with the handle.

Are these circular door knobs, or is this a handle that has to then point at the hinges?
Because it seems to me that if the direction the handle points is the problem, you simply put them on the wrong side of the door.

Sounds like you'll need to replace the entire assembly

You'll need to remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge. and then you can remove the bolts holding the mirror assembly on after you disconnect the manual wire

Hi LC,

Your fresh food lower door hinge cam assembly has failed and needs to be replaced. Not a big deal to replace, really... but you have to remove the FF door to get to it. <---which is VERY simple to do. But first thing first, right? You'll obviously need the replacement part on hand prior to the repair, so the part number is WR02X10779. You can see what it looks like here (you could also order it here if you don't have a local appliance parts retailer).

OK, now that you have the cam assy., Empty out all the goodies that you have stored in the FF door shelves. Then using a sturdy step stool, remove the upper hinge cover. Below the cover, you'll find three more screws, remove them (just so you know ahead of time... after you remove the last of the 3 screws, the door is no longer "attached" to the frame, so hold on to the door while removing the last one, OK?). Now all ya have to do is lean the door forward (from the top) and lift it off of the lower hinge/cam assembly.

Now that the door is off, all that's left to do is remove the old cam assy., install the new one and rebuild everything! Easy Breezy! You'll be in and out of this job within 20-30 minutes.

Oh yeah... one other thing. When you replace the door and are putting the top hinge back on, put all 3 screws in but don't tighten them yet. You'll need to "level" the door and THEN tighten them. Just lift the fridge door handle 'til the top of the door is level with the Freezer door, tighten the screws while holding the door in this position, deal? Cool.

Return the parts....order them from the dealership or aftermarket....but, if they are not fitting correctly, don't damage them and waste your time any further.

Obviously, they are NOT the correct ones.

Normally you have to separate the door panels (as shown in the attached photo) and then you'll see the previously hidden screws you need to remove.

As far as I know, this door is NOT designed to be reversible. It is designed to open the opposite way of the matching washer to make it easier for you to move clothes from one to the other.
