The float is adjustable, open the top of the toilet bowl, and see if it can be adjusted. If it sticks, it might need replacing.

There is a float that shuts the water off when it comes up to the level is was set for. It is adjustable, but it can also be defective. You can but a whole new flushing mechanism in a Home Depot, or Loews, or other hardware store. But first try to adjust the float. If the float is sticking, I would replace it.

I’m having issues with the nozzle not spraying water. It comes down from its slot but only makes a buzzing noise. I tried open and closing the valves as mentioned above. I can open and repair the part. What should I do?

I personally like to tile both the walls and floors in a bathroom, it looks great (with nice tiles) and is easy to keep clean. Could maybe change the side panel on the Bath if you don't like it.
