I'm looking for an electro freeze owners manual for model # 66tf

If not a matter of door being left slightly open or hot food being inserted or freezer recently being activated, one pursues other possibilities:

Is the compressor running? It is hot? Is the water filter clogged? Does it have a bad switch? Look for reset switch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XstbFK31Us0

repairs should be performed by a qualified service technician. this is a manual defrost freezer. if the compressor is running and there isn't a frost pattern there is a compressor malfunction. refer to your owners manual and read your warranty information to see what is covered and how long.

I am going to guess that it is going to be around 17 cubic feet since that number is in the model number, at least that is how current models are labeled. Here is a link to a copy of the owners manual if you need it.

The numbers are generic and don't mean a thing. They are there to make you feel like you have control. Anything under 1 should be very much frozen. If it is not then you have T-stat problem and should address that. Chest freezers run at -25f on average if the freezer has enough product in it. The more food in the freezer the better and more efficiently it will run.

Best thing to do first is get a thermometer to be sure the temperature is correct. Items still freeze at higher temperatures. If you have ice cream and it is soft, then you have a temp problem.

I'd check the manual, if you don't see a manual control on the freezer, I don't think there is a quick freeze control on that model.

Usually the ID plate is down in front by the kick plate or on the left or right inside wall.
