Each time i access my address book it tells me to try again in 10 minutes and if the problem persists to contact support

I use Yahoo mail myself.

This could be due to a temporary heavy load on the server that hosts your address book. If that is the case - you should be able to get it a short time later. If the problem persists - then it is more than a heavy load and you need to contact yahoos customer support.

Unplug printer power supply from wall or powerstrip. Wait 10 minutes then plug in power supply and turn on printer and try again. If problem persists and it is under warranty contact Canon for repair. Otherwise it might be time to buy a new one.

Just solved this problem for a friend who said he hasn't had access to his contacts ever since Yahoo required him to change his password several months back.
It turns out that something didn't quite complete in that password change process and the account status was returning an error code stating that the account was locked in some sort of migration status.
His contacts became accessible again when I went into his Yahoo Account Information, and changed his password under Settings and Security. Once I successfully saved his new password, the contacts were back. I was then able to go back in and changed his password back to what it had been and his contacts were still good.
Hopefully this helps others who are experiencing this problem. I didn't see any instances where Yahoo Support was able to help anyone... at least none that was posted.

you need to call the cable company tell them your ip lease is cycling every 15 minutes, it is a node conflict, they can fix it on their end. if the cable modem is a hacked one, then you just need to clone a new MAC yours is not valid anymore. if not a hacked one, call tech support. good luck!

Your SIM Card is like a floppy disk, so if you want to permanently add those people from your sim card to your Blackberry - you need to copy from the SIM into the BB Address Book. Otherwise they will be on the SIM Address Book, and you can always go look them up - but they are not saved on the BB itself.

BB: To access your cell phone address book:

1. Scroll to select the ADDRESS BOOK icon and press [Trackwheel] to select.
2. Press [Trackwheel] again to access the Menu screen for the address book.
3. Scroll to select the SIM PHONE BOOK and press [Trackwheel] to select.
4. system should say LOADING SIM PHONE BOOK.
5. Then if you select the menu - you should have an option to COPY ALL TO ADDRESS BOOK, select YES so it will copy whats on the SIM to the BB Memory..

This will start the download process to read the contacts stored on your SIM card which were copied from your cell phone.

Ok, I figured it out. To save contacts on a z310a that has a broken screen, do the following: 1.From standby, (make sure the backlight is lit up) press the center button once 2. Press down once to go to address book 3. Press center button to enter address book 4. Press RIGHT select button (upper right button with line through it) to select options. 5. Press down FIVE (5) times to go to Advanced 6. Press center button to go into Advanced 7. Press down FIVE (5) times to go to Copy To SmartChip 8. Press LEFT select button to enter 9. Press LEFT select button to select "Copy All" 10. Press LEFT select button to confirm. Wait a couple of minutes to make sure all your contacts were transferred.
