You should have 3 parts. The spinner, a cone shaped insert and the snap pin. The cone shape insert is the first part to install. Look at the upper spray feed tube in the top of the dishwasher where the old part used to be. Place the cone shaped insert on top of the spray tube through the hole with the flat part on top. Now take the spinner and snap it into the cone shaped insert from the bottom of the hole. Be sure that the swirling vanes are facing upwards. It should snap in. With the snap pin, push it into the insert underneath the spinner. This is what holds the spinner to the insert. Good luck.
I followed the steps at the following link and it worked for me. I have a 2007 Toshiba Regza 42HL67, but the firmware applies to many models as documented in the readme file at the location found via the link below. I used a 1gb SD card formatted FAT16, copied the unzipped files and folder to the card (wasn't sure if it required the top level folder or only the files under the top level folder so I copied both to the root of the SD card), unplugged the TV, inserted the card, plugged in the TV, waited 2.5 minutes, unplugged the TV, removed the card, plugged in the TV, yellow light flashed 3 times and went out. I turned on the TV and it has worked normally since last night.
Place the original on the glass.
1) Open the document cover and place your original face-down on the glass, in the upper left corner. Move your original about 1/10 inch away from the top and left edges so all of it will be copied.
2) Close the cover gently so you don't move the original .
Caution : Never open the document beyond where it stops and do not place heavy objects on top of the CX4600.
If you need to copy or scan a thick or large document, you can remove the document cover. Just open it and pull it straight up.
If you need to press the document flat while you copy or scan it, do not press too hard and be careful not to move it.
Caution : Do not use excessive force on the document cover, and do not twist it diagonally. You may damage the document cover.
When you are done, replace the document cover by inserting the tabs back into the slots.
Copying a document.
1) Load paper.
2) Press copy button until you see the desired number of copiesin the Copy window You can select up to 9 copies at a time.
3) Press the paper type button to select PLain Paper. The light indicates which type is selected.
4) Press the paper size button to select Letter.
5) If you want your copies automatically reduced or enlarged to fit the loaded paper size, press the Fit to Page button.
6) To make color copy, press the Start Color button
To make black and white copy, press Start B&W button.
The ON light flashes and after a moment the CX4600 starts printing.
If you need to stop copying at any time, just press the Stop button. Do no pull out paper that is printing, it will eject automatically to the output tray.
Hope this helps. Please rate my response.

Have a good day.
Scan platform in english is Were you shove the stuff to send ;) ie dirty feed roller, paper detect switch stuck or fragments of paper in original feeding paper path area or feeding stuff too thick or stiff, or if multi document issue it is the pad or roller that sits under the main feed roller...al this is nothiong to do with paper tray full of blanks it is the original feeler area on top..
Same error should occur doing local copy, check feed section/roller
If the line is only when you feed the original from the top feeder (not when you place the paper on the glass)....clean the narrow glass (called the **** glass) under the feeder on the right hand side
If that is not it new drum and/or blade is called for
I leveled mine by parking it on a level concrete area, dropping the deck down onto 4 short pieces of 2 x 4 laid on the flat sides and placed in each corner of the deck and the I adjusted the 4 linkage bolts so each one had just started to lift the deck off the 2 x 4's. this should get it as level as possible. hope this helps
Depends which way is vertical but I think the feed rollers on the upper tray are slipping perhaps dirty. (The paper momentarily stops feeding past the scan sensor)
Is there a piece of paper in the top (copier/fax) feed, or under the top against the glass? Original Loaded means there's some document in place, ready to be copied or faxed. If you remove that, the message should go away.
If there isn't one, check inside the feed on top, and see if there's anything stuck in there that could be blocking the sensor.
