Hotpoint tall fridge rlfm171p how do i remove the thermostat it on the top front panel of fridge, no apparent screws or visible means of removing facia panel?

Pry the metal spring clip in the base of the hotshow toward the rear of the camera with a pocketknife, itll pop out and there will be 4 small screws under there, Ill put a buck on that bet. The hotshoe needs some good anchors to support some beefy flash units so it has screws to hold it down, metal hotshoe to metal chassis.

Un plug it. There should be small screws either at the bottom of the panel on the front or there is separate panel that comes off the top back. If the back is one solid piece top to bottom, then the control panel lifts out and hinges up when the two small cross tip screws are removed from the bottom outside corners of the control panel..

lever off the thermostat knob and you will often find fixing screws behind. also, fixing screws are often hidden behind little blanking plugs which lever out to expose the screw head
