a thermal fuse must be open connection or first check the plug maybe not plug in

Sounds like the cause of your problem is the pressure balancing spool. Call Moen at
1-800-289-6636 and explain the problem. They will send a repair part to you free of charge. the link below is a "blow up" of your valve.

Sir i'm only helping the customer in giving the site links. I think there nothing wrong with that,i did these already. My real job is in the huge machine in the vessel. The principle is desame of the car machine. I am a 3RD marine engineer working in a Norwigian vessel before. I'm stop working since on january this year due to my operation of my gall blader. Maybe next year i will join the vessel again. I own three electronic / electrical shop, repairing all kind of electronic / electrical operated unit.I own several cars before,and now i'm only have one and two passenger utility jeep. That's why i know the machine of the car.Watch repair, electronic repair and machine repair, i'm 38 years old, old enough accumulated all of these skill knowledge.
