This is fixing error. I don't see the model so it makes it hard to know what to do. If it is a imagerunner - you have to go into service mode - Additional Functions, the press 2 & 8 at the same time, then additional functions again. That should get you into service mode. Then press copier, the function, clear, the err, then ok. This clears the error. Turn off copier then power back on. If the same error occurs then you will have to have a new fixing assy or rebuild it. Be careful in service mode and don't change any settings. This may cause worse problems. Good Luck
