In this situation when the machine detect paper jam although there is no paper inside mean your have a problem with feeding unit.its always happen to canon IR model such as IR3300, IR4570 and etc..u should take out the whole feeding unit and check its sensor (maybe broken flag sensor) or any broken/loose gear.when the feeding cannot pick up the paper, paper jam sign will appear in screen..for troubleshooting use your bypass and see same problem happen or not.

Hi, there could be a piece of paper jammed on the roller near the paper sensor. Do a roller clean, this does help, also check psychically for any paper remnants and remove. Hope this helps resolve your problem. All the best.

1. Locate and dust your paper sensor eyes
2. make sure paper size adjuster for tray 2 is locked at proper position.
3. Examine pick up roller from tray 2, clean or replace as necessary.

i m using canon ir3300 , showing paper jam at left side , but i checked there is no any paper, although there is showing jam. what to do.

these error stands for problem with the reading of fixing film in fixing assy.
If you had a paper jam, its possible that piece of paper stuck-ed on reading path of sensor or the fixing film is worn out and it needs to be changed.
To check for paper leftovers, open the left side way door and check the fixing unit for leftovers of paper.

please try to see if the paper is wet...or change the paper maker

Small torn paper was left on your fixing unit. You can remove the fixing unit look for that small piece of paper. ;)

clean the transfer/separation and try to invert the paper it would help.
