Take a spray of carb cleaner and clean the linkage mechanism from the governor to the carburetor and make sure they move with out sticking.

If your Hardware is pretty much compatible with game requirements than you have to go through some points before playing game to prevent your PC from slowing down:-

- Shut down all running updates
- Remove all temporary files from your system
- You must have enough memory on disc that can support your paging memory
- Stop background running applications
- Run Reginout Utility for extreme gaming experience
- Update DX on your system
- Try putting all graphics on low

Your Hard Drive/Memory Card is failing, You must replace your hard drive. the reason why its running slow is because your hard drive is not sending its info fast enough which causes to slow your system down.

in order to clear that update code you must disconnect every memory unite you currently have, get a USB drive and got to xbox.com/support and download the latest update files. Insert your USB and your system should accept the update.

I had the same problem. Sears came out and ran a diagnostic and had no clue. I replaced the control board ($70 used $120 new) and it seems to be running fine.

The iPhone can be slow if you have too much on the disc. Closing running apps should also lakenene iPhone faster.
