Computerized touchscreen machine, so it sounds like a software boot issue. The only way to fix is dealer service.

Straight from the service manual....just use the last 4 digits when doing a search, makes it easier to find the specific code as not all manuals are the same in how the code is displayed.

• A fault is detected in a sequence of ROM contents check of the PWB-C during starting.

C-C152 at power up, the counters display as 0 and the operation panel display is in Japanese.
Solution
CAUSE: Main body firmware is corrupt.
SOLUTION: Flash or re-flash the firmware to the latest level.



As for the 2152 code,

Have a tech come and re-flash the firmware, and check the NVRAM. Firmware is only available fro secure Konica Minolta Web site they like to keep they software secure. You mite also have a bad control board. Or the memory on the board, a Tech is required.

Replace any new toner you put in the machine and shut it down for 2 min then power back on. If that doesn't fix it you will have to call Xerox service to replace a sensor that may be broken.

I think your problem comes from the scanner, try the operation if you have anotherPWB-C when you turn on the machine.

Telephone the nearest KONICA MINOLTA store, and ask for a service-call, i.e., a technician to come and fix your printer.

You likely can't fix this yourself. Konica does list a solution addressing this issue but it will require a firmware update to your machine. There may be other causes as well. First be sure you don't have any HVAC vents aimed at the machine (particularly the exit side of the machine) as this is a fuser temp related service code. Contact an authorized Konica Minolta dealership and ask if they can update your firmware for you.
