Front cover is placed on front of machine. Should be some tabs near top, or on either side. If not, use finger nails or thin sturdy tool or object to pop open. Should be very little resistance. Don't force it. Should see all the guts of copier or whatever it may be. Usually can see the paper stuck in there. Good idea to unplug and try pulling jammed paper out. Close and restart.

something is wrong with the scanner located under the big glass the scanner is what move when you use the big glass or sens a document thru the doc feeder then the scanner move back towards the small glass

need a developer Dv-116 or try to -menu quick setting << quick setting <> (service mode) go to function and press auto TCR adjust press ok or need developer Dv-116

The ip address is provided by your it department if you do not have an it department then you can select an ip address that is not being uesd example 192.168.1.200 this lus the sub net mask standard sub net mask 255.255.255.0 needs to be put in the network section of the machine then you can go to the c: prompt on your computer type in ping then the ip address you put into the machine you should get 4 replys and no drops then you will also need to load the print driver for the machine onto your computer

incorrect type of toner cartridge was installed. only use the toner cartridge that has been manufactured specifcally for this machine.

Incorrect T/C type means that toner cartridge have not good contact with toner chip, is good to clean this chip, or contact inside magine is not good. Change toner cartridge and if that problem remain, its needed replace contact unit on machine
