Colors fading away. Replaced cartridges.

I contacted Konica M again. We ran some printing tests. It seems to be bad ink cartridges, in particular the Cyan.

PC won't recognize printer -- drivers installed and cords connected.

use a usb cable of lenght 1.8 m this should fix the problem.
